YOUR ORDERS

We undertake to fulfil all orders. However, if for some reason we can not supply a product to fill an order, we'll contact you to try to arrange a suitable alternative.

CHANGES

If you need to change a delivery address or you need to add or amend instructions, you need to tell us as soon as possible.

IF THERE'S A PROBLEM

If you find an order has been damaged during transport, we'll replace the item if you give us notice within 24 hours of receiving it. You can email us on esales@southernskycheese.com.au

 WHERE'S MY DELIVERY

We'll ship most or our orders on Wednesdays, although it could be more frequently, depending on demand. That means your order should arrive on the Thursday.

However, you should receive a tracking number once we send your order and you can check the progress of your order using that.

Southern Sky Cheese Company does not accept returns.

NO RETURNS POLICY

We take all reasonable care to ensure your cheese is in a good condition when packed and ready for transit.

If  you believe your cheese has been damaged in transit, please contact us on esales@southernskycheese.com.au. 

If possible send us a picture of the damaged goods.

While we don't accept returns, where necessary we will look at offering a replacement delivery.
