Our club cheddar is made with selected vintage cheddars that have been carefully aged for a minimum of 12-16 months. That gives a velvety, melt-in-the mouth texture, strong late vintage notes and a real depth and complexity. We expertly pair these cheddars with selected ingredients to create new flavour experiences. The perfect addition to your next cheese platter! Our standard size is 200g, but most also have a convenient 100g option.
