The earthy, sweet garlic flavours of the Tasmanian black truffles combine with the strong vintage notes for a rare but exquisite experience.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Truly unique and complex flavors, great crumbled and warmed through scrambled eggs; use it as a filling in in place of garlic in hot bread. Or just or the platter!
